The Stanker's Showdown is an independent community event, organized on the initiative of its organizers, with no relationship of representation, affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, authorization or approval with Microsoft Corporation or Rare Ltd.
The name Sea of Thieves, as well as the trademarks, logos, graphic elements, visuals, content and other distinctive signs associated with the game, are the property of their respective rights holders, notably Microsoft Corporation and Rare Ltd. Their mention or reproduction within the context of The Stanker's Showdown is done exclusively for purposes of identification and reference to the game in question.
The use of these elements shall not be interpreted as establishing, in any way whatsoever, a commercial, contractual, institutional or official relationship between The Stanker's Showdown and Microsoft Corporation or Rare Ltd., nor as constituting an endorsement, sponsorship or support of the event by these companies.
The Stanker's Showdown is not an official Sea of Thieves event and is not organized, administered or controlled by Microsoft Corporation or Rare Ltd.
